preparing for a pink october!

We recently designed this advertisement for the back cover of the upcoming issue of our local Me And Mine magazine.

It always feels great to design something for a worthy cause. Don't forget Pink October is kicking off in Yuba City this Saturday, October 1st, with the 14th Annual Race For Awareness at Geweke Field and Larry Geweke Ford.

Three years ago today, Billy and I exchanged wedding vows in the wonderful church that I grew up in. Though we were together for five years prior to getting married, marriage has still proven to be a pretty crazy journey! I think it would be safe to say that day by day, we are both still learning. With that said, I am thankful for all the great memories we have made along the way, and for the 3 beautiful little boys we are blessed to call our own!

And 3 years later...funny how it seems like a long time, and at the same time it feels like yesterday.

new brochures

We recently designed these new brochures for the City of Yuba City's Electronic Funds Transfer program.

We enjoyed working with Katrina on this project and we can't wait to see these in circulation soon!

We are moving forward with the color palette and current branding efforts of the City, which is slowly bringing everything to a more cohesive look, and that is so important in branding! Anytime you release marketing materials or collateral that doesn't fit with your brand image or message, you dilute your message and weaken your brand. We are so happy to be working with this great City we call home in strengthening their branding with great design.

...that monsters could be so cute?

We were honored to not only design the invitations, but to also be invited to this monster party for Oliver's 1st birthday!

How clever is his mom? She duplicated the monsters Billy watercolored for the invitations into little cupcake toppers. Pretty sweet if we do say so ourselves!
